Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our STORE, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Order’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Paying by Cheque or Postal Order. We accept ‘Cheques’ and ‘UK Postal Orders’ in Pounds Sterling denomination only.

Paying by personal cheque will delay your order, we do not send out orders until the funds have been fully cleared – which typically takes up to 10 days after receipt of the cheque.

If the garment is faulty or defective, not fitting, and providing it has not been used or washed, it will be exchanged for a similar item, subject to the buyer returning the item along with a Self Addressed Envelop (SAE) stamped (not labelled please, since that method carries a date limit) at the appropriate level of postage for a tee-shirt or a Hoody, to DBNO Clothing Ltd, 40 Brackley, Queens Road, Weybridge, Surrey KT130BL, England within a month of purchase.
If you are outside the UK and want to return a garment for exchange ,then you will have to send payment via PayPal for the shipping postage costs to your address abroad. Upon receipt of payment and of the goods we shall proceed with sending you the exchange new items.Otherwise we shall not be able to exchange

- Shortages and damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.
- You pay the return delivery charges.
- Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.
- Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition

Shipping And Handling
Any orders dispatched via standard delivery WILL NOT be refunded should you make a claim for an un-received order.
We recommend using a tracked service if you anticipate any problems with delivery to your area. Un-received orders are unlikely, but this is out of our control and your delivery options are clearly outlined on our Delivery Details page below:
Delivery Details & Information
Our standard delivery options (Royal Mail First Class) are NOT sent via recorded delivery, although we do keep proof of postage, so you may wish to upgrade your delivery option to one which is fully tracked and recorded for added peace of mind.
Please note: Any orders dispatched via standard delivery WILL NOT be refunded should you make a claim for an un-received order.

This notice forms part of our terms and conditions agreed upon at checkout.. We aim to dispatch all UK based orders within a week to ten days of receiving notification of payment and you can expect your order to be delivered within 8-10 working days from order.
NOTE: However, orders may take longer to be delivered depending on size of consignment, time of the year, (Xmas/New Year, Summer Holidays) UK Tours, and other factors beyond our control like extreme weather conditions, for which DBNO cannot be held liable.
Delivery disruption due to severe winter or weather conditions: Unfortunately in some areas weather conditions might make delivery of items very difficult. If your order is delayed we’re very sorry and we appreciate your understanding and patience. We will get those goods to you as soon as we possibly can.
EU European Delivery: For our European customers all orders will be charged according to weight on top of the quoted item’s price. This will be calculated at the checkout and is based on item weight. This is the standard cost for European delivery and IS NOT tracked or recorded, although we will keep a record of postage. Your order will be dispatched within 10 days of receiving your payment and will take anywhere between 10-12 working days to arrive.
International Delivery: All international customers (outside of the UK and EU) should choose this option for standard international delivery. International orders will be charged according to weight and destination. This will be calculated at the checkout and is based on item weight. This is the standard cost for international delivery and IS NOT tracked or recorded, although we will keep a record of postage. Your order will be dispatched within 10 days of receiving payment and will take anywhere between 10-15 working days to arrive.”
